For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate for the first 4 months of ’15 there have been 29 sales compared to 19 in ’14 and the median sales price has gone from $845,000 last year to $886,000 this year. The average sales price rose from $1,955,880 in ’14 to $2,726,387 this year.

The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate North area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through 4/24/15 there have been 29 listings compared to 41 last year for a 29% drop. The numbers of escrows is down from 25 to 21 for an 16% decline and the sales are down from 24 to 15 for a 37% drop. The average sales price is up from $449,812 to $496,711 for a 10% rise.

Goleta South from 1/1/15 to 4/24/15 compared to ’14 for the same period for Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate South area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through 4/24/15 there have been 46 listings compared to 39 last year for a 17% rise. The escrows are up from 25 to 30 for a 20% rise while the sales are up from 19 to 20 for a 5% rise. The average sales price is up from $508,427 to $530,308 for a 4% rise.

West of State St from 1/1/15 to 4/24/15 compared to ’14 for the Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the West of State St area Santa Barbara Real Estate the total numbers of listings through 4/24/15 is 83 up from 80 last year for an 3% rise. The numbers of escrows are even from 40 to 40 for a 0% change but the sales are up from 27 to 34 for a 25% rise. The average sales price is down from $816,620 to $793,824 for a 2% decline.

East of State St from 1/1/15 to 4/24/15 compared to ’14 for the Santa Barbara area

For Condos in the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of East of State the total numbers of properties for sale this year through 4/24/15 is 85 down from 98 last year for a 13% fall. The numbers of escrows are up from 31 to 60 for a 93% rise and the numbers of sales are up from 24 to 45 for an 87% rise. The average sales price on those sales last year was $763,875 while the sales this year had an average sales price of $816,218 for a 6% rise.

Montecito from 1/1/15 through 4/24/15 comparing ’15 to ’14 for the Santa Barbara area

In the Montecito Real Estate area of Santa Barbara for the Condo Market the total numbers of properties available through 4/24/15 is 27 compared to 16 last year for a 68% rise and the escrows are up with 5 last year compared to 14 this year for a 180% rise. There were 4 sales last year compared to 13 this year for a 225% rise and the average sales price has gone up from $925,000 to $1,467,231 for a 58% rise.

The Condo market for the Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate area of Santa Barbara the inventory through 4/24/15 there have been 45 listings this year compared to 33 last year for a 36% rise and escrows are up with 16 in ’14 and 37 in ’15 for a 131% rise. Sales are up from 13 to 33 for a 153% rise while the average sales price is down from $538,231 to $482,530 for a 1% decline.

Goleta North from 1/1/15 to 4/17/15 Price Range Statistics for Santa Barbara Real Estate

For Goleta Real Estate North area for the Home Estate/PUD market through 4/17/15 there are currently 36 properties available for purchase with an average list price of about $2.732 million. The highest price property is listed at $35 million while the least expensive home can be had for $139,000 giving us a median list price for the area of $929,000.
