The median sales price went up from $795,500 last year to $850,000 this year but the average sales price went down from $1,009,884 to $850,000. Those 156 sales took on average 30 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 37 days of escrow time you get an average total marketing time of 67 days.

The median sales price has gone up from $2.056 million to $2.706 million this year and the average sales price also gone up from $2,593,826 to $3,012,392. Those 28 sales took on average 141 days to get an accepted offer and when you add in another 41 days of escrow time you get an average total marketing time of 182 days.

West of State Street segment of Santa Barbara Real Estate Days on the Market from 1-1-14 to 11-9-14 compared to the previous year
