For Santa Barbara Real Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate area for the Home Estate/PUD through 11/2/14 there have been 63 sales compared to 91 last year for a 30% drop and the median sales price has gone up from $850,000 to $950,000 for a 11.8% rise.

Goleta North Real Estate for Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st, 10 Months of ’14

For the Goleta Real Estate North area of Santa Barbara Real Estate the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 150 sales through October ’14 compared to 194 in October ’13. The median sales price has risen from $775,000 last year to $850,000 this year. The average sales price has risen from $979,801 to $997,279. The numbers of escrows is down this year from 190 in ’13 to 163 in ’14 with the median list price on those escrows up from $791,850 last year to $849,000 this year.

Goleta South Real Estate for Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st, 10 Months of ’14

For the Goleta Real Estate South area of Santa Barbara Real Estate the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 68 sales through October ’14 compared to 117 in October ’13. The median sales price has risen from $729,000 last year to $756,250 this year. The average sales price has risen from $875,549 to $880,787. The numbers of escrows is down this year from 107 in ’13 to 68 in ’14 with the median list price on those escrows up from $710,000 last year to $749,350 this year.

Hope Ranch Real Estate for Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st 10 Months of ’14

For the Home Estate/PUD market in Hope Ranch Real Estate there have been 28 sales this year compared to 24 last year. The median sales price has risen from $2.01 million last year to $2.706 million this year. The average sales have also gone up from $2.512 million last year to $3.01 million this year. The numbers of escrows went from 20 last year to 30 this year and the median list price on those escrows has risen from $2.31 million last year to $2.875 million this year.

West of State St for Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st 10 Months of ’14

On the West Side of Santa Barbara Real Estate for the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 180 sales this year down from 230 last year. The median sales price is up rising from $879,000 last year to $955,000 this year. The average sold price went up from $975,598 last year to $1,152,002 this year and the numbers of escrows is down from 238 last year to 190 this year. The median list price on those escrows is up however from $895,000 to $950,000.

East of State St for Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st 10 Months of ’14

Through the first 10 months of ’13 for the Home Estate/PUD market on the East Side of Santa Barbara Real Estate there have been 227 sales this year compared to 246 last year. The median sales price is up from $967,500 last year to $1,212,000 this year with the average sales price up from $1,127,026 to $1.392 million this year. The numbers of escrows is down from 248 in ’13 to 235 in ’14 with the median list price on those escrows rising from $999,000 last year to $1,199,999 this year.

Montecito Real Estate for the 1st, 10 Months of ’14 for Santa Barbara Real Estate

For the Home Estate/PUD market in Montecito Real Estate there have been 176 sales this year which is down from 185 last year. The median sales price has risen however from $2.438 million last year to $2.75 million this year while the average sales price has risen from $3.1 million last year to $3.526 million this year.

Through the first 10 months of ’14 for Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate in the Home Estate/PUD market there have been 63 sales compared to 91 last year. The median sales price is up from $850,000 last year to $950,000 this year. The average sales price is also up from $1,341,213 last year to $2.355 million this year.

Goleta North from 1/1/14 to 10/20/24 compared to ’13 for the same period for Santa Barbara Real Estate area

The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate North area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through 10/20/24 there have been 76 listings compared to 57 last year for a 33% rise. The numbers of escrows is up from 41 to 51 for a 24% rise and the sales are up from 46 to 52 for a 13% rise. The average sales price is up from $441,420 to $466,120 for a 5% rise.

Goleta South from 1/1/14 to 10/20/14 compared to ’13 for the same period for Santa Barbara area

The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate South area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through 10/20/14 there have been 107 listings compared to 75 last year for a 42% rise. The escrows are up from 63 to 82 for a 30% rise while the sales are up from 56 to 79 for a 41% change. The average sales price is up from $449,477 to $584,201 for a 29% rise.
