For Santa Barbara Real Goleta Real Estate South area for the Home Estate/PUD through 5/10/15 there have been 31 sales compared to 26 last year for a 19.2% rise and the median sales price went up from $744,000 last year to $750,000 for a +0.8% rise.

The median list price this year for $1,047,500 when compared to the median sold price of $750,000 gives us a -28.4% gap. Last year there was a $799,500 median list price and when compared to the median sold price of $744,000 gave us a -6.9% gap.

For the condo market in Goleta Real Estate South through 5/10/15 there were 40 sales this year compared to 20 last year for a 100.0% rise and the median sales price rose from $475,000 last year to $642,000 this year for a +35.2% rise.

This year the median list price of $627,000 compared to the median sold price of $642,000 gives us a positive gap of +4.2%. Last year the median list price of $449,000 and the median sold price of $475,000 gave us a positive gap of +5.8%.
