Santa Barbara Real Estate for Carpinteria/Summerland and the Gap between Median Sales and Median List Prices for 1/1/2015 to 6/26/15

For Santa Barbara Real Estate Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate area for the Home Estate/PUD through 6/26/15 there have been 50 sales compared to 31 last year for a 61.3% rise and the median sales price has gone down from $1,000,000 to $915,000 for an -8.5% decline.   

The gap between the median list price of about $1,692,500 and the median sales price of $915,000 is -45.9% whereas last year the median list price of $1,929,500 and the median sales price of $1,000,000 gave us a -48.2% gap.

For the condo market in Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate through 6/26/15 there have been 45 sales compared to 22 last year for a 104.5% rise while the median sales price went down from $502,000 last year to $499,000 this year for an -0.6% fall.

The gap between the median list price this year of $559,000 and the median sales price of $499,000 gives us a gap of -10.7% difference where as last year the median list price was $549,000 and the median sales price was $502,000 for an -8.6% gap.
