For Santa Barbara Real Goleta Real Estate North area for the Home Estate/PUD through 6/26/15 there have been 98 sales compared to 85 last year for an +15.3% rise and the median sales price rose from $845,000 last year to $875,000 for a +3.6% rise.

The median list price this year for $1,170,000 when compared to the median sold price of $875,000 gives us a -25.2% gap. Last year there was a $1,269,000 median list price and when compared to the median sold price of $845,000 gave us a -33.4% gap.

For the condo market in Goleta Real Estate North through 6/26/15 there were 17 sales this year compared to 33 last year for a -48.5% drop but the median sales price rose from $430,000 last year to $497,000 this year for an +15.6% rise.

This year the median list price of $424,500 compared to the median sold price of $497,000 gives us a positive gap of +17.1%. Last year the median list price of $414,995 and the median sold price of $430,000 gave us positive gap of +3.6%.
