I was over looking through your window the other night and man is your drain board cluttered. You've got all these chargers piled up and crammed into the wall. You've got a separate charger for your iPhone, iPod, Blue Tooth Headset, PDA, Camera and Camcorder. There's a reason they call power supplies "wall warts" it's because they're ugly. With all those chargers piled up there's nowhere to prepare dinner.

One thing that's happened to chargers in the past few years is that a lot of manufacturers have centralized on using USB devices. Universal Serial Bus devices have actually become somewhat, well universal and that makes charging a lot simpler. Whether the charger is in your car or hanging off your wall you can use the same charger and cable for a lot of things thereby reducing the clutter.

One company has pushed simplicity even further coming up with an outlet that has 2 USB inputs on it. By putting these inputs on the outlet itself you eliminate the charger altogether and now you're down to just the cable. The 2 USB charge ports in addition to the two standard three prong outlet ports mean you can charge any USB powered device including your iPod, iPhone, PDA, MP3 player, PSP, MP4 player as well as your digital camera.

The item can be installed on any existing wall outlet but I would definitely recommend that you get an electrician to put it in for you. The device is currently awaiting UL approval but if you want more on it you can go to:
