Getting Everybody On the Same Page!

If you're the typical family or small business you've got appointments galore. Everybody is wandering around the countryside and you just wish there was a way to coordinate it all. How about a calendar for the whole family???

Okay, there's the free Yahoo Calendar, but If you really want to get to a place that everybody knows what's going on check out Trumba www.trumba.com Trumba is easy to use and gives you multiple calendar options. You can view your calendars by day, in three-day segments, in a week-at-a-glance view, a monthly view, or as a list of all upcoming events.

Trumba also supports unlimited sub-calendars which could be great if you've got an organization with multiple committees. A very cool feature is that each person can subscribe to a number of calendars and see events from other calendars on their primary calendar. Trumba is a bit pricey at $39.95 per year per user.

If you're cheap like me, check out GoDaddy.com Online Group Calendar. The family oriented plan is $9.95 per year, for up to 5 users. The Deluxe Edition is $19.95 per year for up to 25 users and for groups up to 100 they have a $29.95 per year version.

Adding events to your calendars is simple; a pop-up form lets you enter details like date, time, and name of the event, location, and important notes. E-mail invitations are sent automatically to the larger groups using a given calendar
