It's Just Over the Verizon!!

If you use Verizon for your Cell Phone provider there are some interesting possibilities for you. For instance, if you've ever lost a cell phone, or even if you just get a new one you know what a pain it is re-putting in all of your phone numbers. Well, for $1.99 per month you can use Backup Assistant. This service makes daily backups of your contacts to an online server. You can access your contacts on the web and if necessary, wirelessly restore them to a new phone. Is that cool or what?

If you travel a lot, or are just required to make out expense reports check out MobileExpense. This service lets you crank out detailed categorized expense reports and runs $2.49 per month or you can buy it outright for just $5.99. When you're done you can e-mail the reports as XML comma-delimited attachments.

If you've always wanted to be able to translate from and to Spanish check out Spanish Anywhere. It serves up nearly 6,000 words, 1,000 phrases, verb conjugations, reference materials and other handy stuff. The service costs $2.99 per month or can be purchased outright for $9.99.

If you're watching your diet there's Diet TinyAssist. This service helps you track everything, and even creates a personal profile so that you can monitor your goals. Unfortunately the serving-size selector makes it difficult to accurately record your calories. But the program is still worth looking at for anyone watching their intake.
