Man, you folks take a lot of pictures with your cell phones. Everyplace I go somebody is clicking away. The only problem is I've seen some of those photos and a lot of them could use some serious help, and when you think of helping digital pictures what do you think of? Photoshop of course! But the tariff to get that Photoshop help can be rather steep. The current version of Photoshop CS4 stands at around $700 and even the price for Photoshop Elements comes in at around $100.
But to help all you cell phone snappers out, Photoshop has come up with an app or actually 3 apps, one each for the iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile Platform and the price is a low, low FREE!!!
When you go to http://mobile.photoshop.com/ the first thing you do is sign up for a free account onto which you can upload your photos. Then when you get the app downloaded onto your cell phone you're greeted with the ability to crop and rotate your pictures. Plus you can alter the Exposure, Saturation, Tint, Contrast and Brightness as well as make the photo into a Black and White pic. In addition you can do a soft focus and then add effects like vibrant, Vignette Blur, Warm Vintage, Rainbow and White Glow.
Mobile Photoshop is a great program to make your pictures look a whole lot more interesting than when you took them and the price is definitely right.
