Sounds Like a Winner

I just got my new iPad with the awesome retina display. Everything looks better on it but unfortunately it still sounds like my old first generation iPad. To get my new device sounding as good as it looks I found the iHome iD3 Speaker System (www.ihomeaudio.com). They've got a whole range of good sounding stuff but I stepped up to the plate and got the iD3 Speaker System for high-end audiophiles and musicians. The price was a little steep at $199.99 but I felt like splurging and dove into the deep end.
The iD3 features Bongiovi Digital Power Station technology and coaxial neodymium speakers driven by 50 watts of power. The device also has an auxiliary line-in jack on the back and three progressive scan component video jacks for digital TV output.
The sound from this little portable unit is amazing. The volume and clarity emanating from the portable speaker is wonderful. Even at max volume, there's no discernible distortion of over-modulation making this a cool unit for a home stereo or house party music system.
There's an infrared remote included with the iD3 which makes it easy to adjust the volume, bass treble and the Bongiovi Acoustics DPS which dynamically broadens the sound.
I think the iD3 is the best sounding portable speaker that I've ever heard for the iOS devices so if you want to get the most out of your iPad or iPod Touch you shouldn't definitely check it out.
