     I got the best haircut I ever received in Santa Barbara from Franco at Member's Only Barber Shop. You don't have to be a member to get your hair cut, but it's cheaper if you join. Membership is $100 per year and for that your haircut is $25. If you're not a member a haircut is $35. All I can tell you is that this is the first haircut in town that has passed the "Wife Test" Check em' out!
