Today the latest meeting of a wonderful club that we belong to called the Apostolates of Wine and Food. The group meets three or four times a year and eats and drinks its' way through a wonderful afternoon. This time the focus is on sparkling wines and according to what I was sent we'll be tasting such contributors as Vieux Clicquot and a Cuvee Moet Chandon '95 Dom Perignon
