A proposed new building on the North Side of Santa Barbara has sparked controversy. The DesignArc firm would like to relocate their offices to W Calle Laureles and construct a mixed-used building that would have subterranean parking, commercial space on the ground floor and 5 market rate condominiums on the top floor.
