For the Santa Barbara Real Estate condo market in the Goleta North Area the number of listings are down -11% with 52 last year and 46 this year. Also the numbers of new listings are down with 48 last year and only 38 this year for a decrease of -20%. The number of sales is exactly what it was last year at 36 and the Average Sales price continues to surge with $545,413 last year and $658,660 this year for an increase of 20%.
In the Single Family dwelling market of Santa Barbara Real Estate’s Goleta North area listings are off slightly with 168 last year and 163 this year for a decrease of -2%. Also new listings are off slightly with 138 last year and 131 this year for a decrease of -5%. The numbers of sales however are slightly above last year’s pace with 99 this year as opposed to 94 last year for a 5% increase. The average sales price is also up only slightly with $1,129,856 last year as opposed to $1,180,426 this year for a 4% increase.
