The number of sales however is down by 2 for a -40% decrease. The Average Sales Price is up compared to 05. Last year at this time it was $609,800 and this year its at $731,667 for an increase of 19%.
In the Single Family Home market for the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of East of State St there are 14 more properties on the market right now as opposed to last year for a total of 129, but there are fewer new listings this year with 33 for last year vs. 32 for this year. The number sales are down with 14 this year vs. 20 last year for a -30% decrease. And the Average Sales Price is down from $1,534,170 last year to $1,483,786 this year for a -3% decrease.
In the Planned Unit Development Market of the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of East of State St there are 6 more properties on the market right now as opposed to last year for a total of 7, and there are more new listings this year with 0 for last year vs. 6 for this year. The sales for PUDs are slightly off with 0 this year vs. 1 last year. And the Average Sales Price is $1,260,000 last year to 0 this year.
