Also for that period 9 properties went into escrow, 2 were withdrawn from the market, 3 listings cancelled, 8 expired and 3 came back on the market. Currently there are 42 homes for sale in the area.

Currently there are 34 condos for sale in the area.
Would appreciate if you would split up the Summerland from Carpenteria. It seems Summerland median and average are much higher therefore would skew the statistic to the upside.
