The number of sales is down by 13 for a -59% decrease. The Average Sales Price is up slightly. Last year at this time it was $1,542,091 and this year it’s at $1,626,500 for an increase of 5%.

In the Single Family Home market for the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Montecito Real Estate there are 21 more properties that have been active this year as opposed to last year for a total of 361, and there are more new listings this year with 259 for last year vs. 262 for this year. The sales are down with 126 this year vs. 176 last year for a -28% decrease. But the Average Sales Price is up from $3,110,171 last year to $3,753,890 this year for a 20% increase.

In the Planned Unit Development Market of the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Montecito Real Estate there are 4 more properties that have been active this year as opposed to last year for a total of 6 and there are 4 more new listings with 1 for last year vs. 5 for this year. The sales are down with 2 this year vs. 3 last year for a -33% decrease. And the Average Sales Price is down from $2,333,333 last year to $1,775,000 this year for a -23% decrease.
