The number of sales is down by 52 for a -52% decrease. The Average Sales Price is down slightly. Last year at this time it was $747,111 and this year it’s at $718,471 for a decrease of -3%.

The sales are down with 147 this year vs. 193 last year for a -23% decrease. But the Average Sales Price is up from $1,186, 055 last year to $1,325,632 this year for a 11% increase.

In the Planned Unit Development Market of the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of West of State St there are 4 more properties that have been active this year as opposed to last year for a total of 8 and there are 4 more new listings with 3 for last year vs. 7 for this year. The sales are down with 2 this year vs. 3 last year for a -33% decrease. And the Average Sales Price is down from $1,198,333 last year to $927,500 this year for a -22% decrease.
