Santa Barbara Real Estate Comparison of this Year vs. Last for Goleta South through November 9, ‘06

The sales are up with 7 this year vs. 5 last year for a 40% increase. And the Average Sales Price is up from $1,166,600 last year to $1,270,714 this year for a 8% increase.
