Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Goleta North for the Last 30 Days from February 29, ‘08 to March 29, ‘08

For Goleta Real Estate North in the Santa Barbara Real estate area for Home Estate/PUDs there were 12 with a Median Sales Price of $800,499 and an Average Sales Price of $907,249. The Sales Price to Original List Price ratio has remained high however showing up at 92.26%. Even better news is that the Days on the Market dipped down to 59.
