For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of East of State St for the first 3 months of ’08 30 homes estates have closed escrow with a median sold figure of $1,185,000 and an average sold price of $1,303,016. This compares to’07 in the Single Family Home market 51 homes closed escrow with a median sold price of $1,000,000 and an average sold price of $1,154,664.
