The numbers of condos going into escrow up however from 8 last year to 10 this year but of the condos going into escrow the median list price has dropped from $589,000 last year to $489,000 this year. Condos that are coming on the market have declined substantially from 18 in 07 to 7 for 08 and the median list price has also dropped from $639,000 last year to $410,000 this y ear. Currently there are 31 condos available in Goleta South with a median list price of $489,000 and an average list price of $508,738.
