The numbers of pending listings however is up from 08 when it was 16 with a median list price of just under $800,000 to 20 in 09 with a median list price of $669,000. The numbers of new listings is exactly where it was last year with 29 but the median list price has fallen from $839,000 in 08 to $799,000 for 09. Currently there are 39 Home Estate/PUDs available in Goleta south with a median list price of $1,375,000.

The pending listings are down by half from 16 in 08 to 8 in 09 with the median list price falling from $629,000 last year to $322,500 this year. The new listings are also down from 25 last year with a median list price of $566,000 to 15 this year with a median list price of $449,000. Currently there are 21 condos available in Goleta South with a median list price of $539,000.
