The Condo market for the Goleta Real Estate South area of Santa Barbara the numbers of properties available through November 18, ’09 is down by 20% with the numbers of new listings falling by just 10%. But with the inventory down the numbers of escrows has gone up by 24% and the numbers of sales has risen by 16%.
