The numbers of escrows is also up from 27 last year to 29 this year with the median list price of those escrows going from $1.995 million last year to about $2.29 million this year. The numbers of new listings went down this year from 50 last year to 45 this year and the median list price on those new listings stayed about the same going from $2.437 million last year to $2.35 million.
