For the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Hope Ranch Real Estate for the first 2 months of ’13 for the Single Family Residence market there have been 4 sales this year compared to 5 last year and the median sales price has gone up from $1.875 million to $2.341 million. The average sales price has also risen from $1.898 million to $2,889,687.
