Through the first 11 months of 13 for the Home Estate/PUD market on the East Side of Santa Barbara Real Estate there have been 262 sales compared to 287 last year. The median sales price is up from $854,000 to $965,000. The average sales price is up from $1,034,584 last year to $1,121,836. The escrows are down from 286 last year to 271 this year but the median list price on those escrows is up from $896,500 to $1,025,000. The new listings are up from 364 last year to 376 this year while the median list price on those new escrows is up from $950,000 last year to $1,195,000 this year. Right now there are 64 properties available for sale on the East Side of Santa Barbara with a median list price of $1,524,500 while the median list price is $1,871,412.

For the condo market on the East Side of Santa Barbara Real Estate in 13 there have been 86 sales this year compared to 121 last year. The median sold price is up from $514,436 last year to $563,500 this year. The average sales price is also up from $575,750 to $646,625. The numbers of escrows is down from 149 to 82 but the median list price on those escrows is down from $585,000 to $575,000. The numbers of new listings is down from 164 with a median list price of $589,000 to 128 this year with a median list price of $599,950. Right now there are 39 condos available for purchase on the East Side of Santa Barbara with a median list price of $649,000 and an average list price of $1,023,219.
