Santa Barbara Real Estate for Carpinteria/Summerland and the Gap between Median Sales and Median List Prices for 1/1/2014 to 7/18/14

For Santa Barbara Real Carpinteria Real Estate/Summerland Real Estate area for the Home Estate/PUD through 7/18/14 there have been 33 sales compared to 53 last year for a 37.7% drop and the median sales price has gone up from $825,000 to $1,000,000 for a 21.1% rise.
