Santa Barbara Real Estate for the 1st, 8 Months of 14 for Montecito

Right now there are 112 Home Estate/PUDs available for purchase in Montecito with a median list price of $4.875 million and an average list price of $7.068 million.

The sales price to original list price ratio has gone down from 99.08% last year to about 93.81% this year and the numbers of new listings has gone down from 31 with a median list price of $1,295,000 to 20 with a median list price of $1,460,000. Right now there are 11 condos available for purchase with a median list price of $1.395 million and an average list price of $1.745 million.
