Santa Barbara Real Estate for Goleta North and the Gap between Median Sales and Median List Prices for 1/1/2014 to 7/18/14

For Santa Barbara Real Goleta Real Estate North area for the Home Estate/PUD through 7/18/14 there have been 95 sales compared to 129 last year for a 26.4% fall. The median sales price rose from $775,000 to $850,000 for a 9.7% rise.

The difference between the median list price of $1,297,000 and the median sold price of $850,000 gives us a -34.5% gap whereas last year the median list price was $997,000 and when compared to the median sold price of $775,000 it gave us a -22.3% gap.

For the condo market in Goleta Real Estate North through 7/18/14 there have been 36 sales compared to 34 last year for a 5.9% rise and the median sales price has gone up from $406,000 to $457,000 for a 12.6% rise.
